Welcome to Bookify. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bookify mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using Bookify, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Bookify. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Bookify is a digital marketplace that connects users with independent service providers. Bookify does not directly provide transportation or other services; it acts as a technology platform facilitating bookings, payments, and connections.
Service providers operate independently and are solely responsible for the services they offer.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
Bookify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Bookify provides an in-app wallet to facilitate transactions between users and service providers.
Bookify earns revenue through platform fees or commissions on completed transactions. Fees are transparently communicated before confirmation.
Drivers and service providers receive their full earnings as agreed, subject only to disclosed platform fees.

Users and service providers must behave professionally and respectfully. Any safety concerns should be reported immediately through official channels.
Bookify reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.
All content, trademarks, and technology on Bookify are owned by or licensed to Bookify. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Bookify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
Bookify may suspend or terminate access at its discretion for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
